Hosting, your business texting number, up to 500 texts a month, monitoring, support and up to 1 hour of changes. Most small businesses never reach the text limit; if you do, extra texts are billed at cost, and extra work is $75/hour. The only other charge is a one-time carrier registration fee of about $25, which US carriers require for business texting.
